OR Circulating RN Orientation: Bi-weekly Start Dates: 2/16, 3/2, 3/16 Location: Wilson, NC 45 miles east of Raleigh ~2 hours from the NC coast 1 hour from Duke, NC State, UNC Chapel Hill & ECU 15 minutes to Lake Wilson Facility Overview Duke Lifepoint Hospital 294 beds Joint Commission Accredited Services include cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, and surgical services ⚠️ Local Rate: $49.80/hr ➡️ Candidates must live 60+ miles away to qualify as travel Position Details Department: Operating Room (Cost Center 7010) Role: Circulating RN Specialties: Ortho, General Surgery, Laparoscopy, Urology, GYN, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, DaVinci, ENT, Pediatric Dentistry Openings: 1 Shift: 8s or 10s, M–F + call Guaranteed Hours: 40/week Call Requirements: 4–6 weekday call shifts/month Every 3rd weekend (subject to change) Weekend Work: On-call only Experience Required: 2+ years Float: None Unit Information ORs: 6 Patient Ratio: 1:1 Equipment: Standard OR equipment + DaVinci Xi robot Charting: Meditech (preferred) Supervisor: Don Tricarico, Surgical Services Director Patient Population: Adult, geriatric, peds (no infants under 1 year) Hiring Profile Required Skills: OR circulating experience Preferred: Scrub experience Common Cases: Abdominal, GYN, laparoscopic, fractures, total joints, bladder, prostate, cataracts Personality Fit: Pleasant, positive, hardworking License: Active RN license valid in North Carolina Dress Code Scrubs: Blue (provided by hospital) Restrictions: No provocative, offensive, or political attire
