Physical Therapist Travel Contract | Up to $2,275

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Valid Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications Requirements: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, CPR certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in a long-term care setting.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to pass background checks, excellent communication skills, and capacity to work independently under minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' functional status and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function, utilizing best practices and clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, PTAs, and family members to ensure cohesive patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately in PCC and Net Health system.
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards, including documentation and reporting.
