• Number of Staff –  2:1 critical care or 3:1 if downgraded patients
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift –Charge and RN
  • Night Shift – Charge and RN
• Patient Ratios – 2:1 critical care or 3:1 if downgraded patients
• Type of equipment – cardiac monitors, IV pumps, SLED, Zoll hypothermia, rare swan ganz or external hemodynamic monitoring
• EMR - Meditech

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  24 hour EEG, SLED, post-TNK, post neuro interventional recovery, ventriculostomy, post code hypothermia, central line placement
