We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with a minimum of 1 year of hands‑on laboratory experience to perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing. The MLT will play a key role in supporting accurate and timely patient diagnosis while maintaining laboratory quality and safety standards. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum one (1) year of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital or diagnostic setting preferred. Education: Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from an accredited institution. Certification: National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) is required; candidates must be in good standing with the ASCP Board of Certification. Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), manual med-math calculations, and strong attention to detail.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
