🗓 Assignment Details

  • Start Date: 02/23/2026 (ASAP start available)
  • Duration: 13 weeks (Temp-to-Perm opportunity)
  • Schedule: Day Shift – 4x10s
  • Shift Hours: 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM
  • Weekends: Not required
  • On-Call: Not required
  • Floating: Possible float to Centralia if needed (to be discussed during interview)

 

🧑‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

  • Oncology clinic patient support and care coordination
  • Follow-up phone calls with patients and families
  • Pain assessment and symptom management
  • Telephone triage and vital sign monitoring
  • Medication reconciliation and pharmacy refill requests
  • Patient education and end-of-life care support
  • Coordination of services and interdisciplinary communication
  • Accurate documentation using EPIC

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years LPN experience (Oncology preferred)
  • License: Active LPN/LVN license
  • Certifications: BLS required
  • Charting System: EPIC (preferred)
  • Travel Experience: Not required
  • First-Time Travelers: Accepted

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
