Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Description:
The ratios typically range between 1:5-6, however, with call-ins the ratios can move up to 1:7. We are actively onboarding new travelers on the unit each week to reduce the workload when there is a call-in. The unit is starting the hiring process for PCTs*
Shift: 3x12 NIGHTS (1900-0730)
Call Requirements: None
Weekend Requirements: every other
Holiday Requirements: Must work 2/3 holidays
Block Scheduling: CANNOT be guaranteed but the managers will do their best to accommodate it
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Years of experience REQ: 1 YEAR
First-timers accepted: Yes
Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Locals accepted: No, Travelers must live at least 50 miles away from the facility

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
