Pay Rate: $80–$110/hr


Seeking a Permanent Neonatal NP or PA to join a well-established, 13-practitioner team serving two Level III NICUs in Portland, OR.


Role focuses on clinical management of high-risk neonates, high-volume delivery attendance, and procedural support with autonomy in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.


Collaborative environment across two teaching hospitals; offers a flexible schedule of 12 or 24-hour shifts with a patient census ranging from 10 to 22 per day.
