Technology: Davinci Surgical Robot; Navigational Spinal and ENT surgery; Hybrid OR for advanced vascular procedures, etc.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
