Position: Cath Lab Tech Interview: Profile review + phone interview with Unit Manager Radiation Badge: Required (facility does NOT provide) License: Oregon license required Certs Accepted: Rad Tech, RCIS (accepted in lieu of ARRT CI/CV), or ARRT (CI/CV) BLS, ACLS: Required Unit Details: 3 Cath Lab Suites 5–10 cases/day EMR/Equipment: McKesson / GE IR procedures performed in Cath Lab only Cases/Skills Required: PCI, diagnostic caths, device implants Peripheral & IR cases (IVC filters, thrombectomies, etc.) Scrub & circulate; primary role is scrubbing tableside STEMIs, atherectomy devices Impella & IABP Access site management (groin, radial, drains) Schedule Options: 5×8s: 08:30–17:00 OR 4×10s: 07:00–16:30 Call Requirements: On call every 4th day & 4th weekend Weeknight call: 1–2 nights/week (end of shift–06:30) Weekend call: Fri end of shift–Mon 06:30 Holiday: 1 major holiday + holiday weekend/year Response time: 20 minutes Floating: No Scrubs: Provided by department Orientation: Unit-based with Special Procedure Tech peers Notes Updated: 12/16/2025
