Description

Job Title: Travel RN – Labor & Delivery
Shift: 12H Nights (1830–0700)
Location: Little Rock, AR
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Unit Details:

Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital
14-bed L&D unit | ~3,500 deliveries/year
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Float required to Antepartum/Postpartum

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years L&D experience
Travel Experience: Required
EMR: EPIC experience required
Licensure: Active Compact RN or Arkansas RN
Certifications (Required): BLS, NRP
Preferred: AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

Responsibilities:

Care for laboring, antepartum, postpartum, and high-risk OB patients
Circulate/scrub as applicable
Manage Oxytocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin infusions
IV starts, lab draws for mothers and newborns
Fetal monitoring and newborn stabilization

Systems & Equipment:

EPIC, Pyxis
Alaris pumps, fetal monitors, epidural pumps, infant warmers
