Under the direction of the Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Medical Director, the Laboratory Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of laboratory personnel engaged in performing chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. The role ensures adherence to quality control protocols, assists in maintaining laboratory equipment, and supports the Manager in overseeing staffing, training, and compliance with state and federal regulations.


 

Facility Requirements:

  • Must have BLS certifications, must be attached to the candidate submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
  • A minimum of a HS diploma and either: graduated from a MT or CLS training program approved or accredited by ABHES, CAHEA other organization approved by HHS
  • Must have ASCP certification, must be attached to the submission
  • Must have 3 years recent lab supervisor experience
  • Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 6:30a-4pm
  • Candidates will be responsible for covering both the Lander & Riverton campues
  • The SageWest coversheet must be attached to the submission
