Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years as a staff Respiratory Therapist
Adult & Pediatric experience preferred
Experience in an Academic Level 1 Trauma Center or similar large facility required
Prior travel experience highly preferred

Licensure & Certifications (Required)

Wisconsin RCP License (upon hire)
CRT NBRC
RRT NBRC
BLS (AHA ONLY)

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
