Travel RN – Telemetry
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Pay: $2,340/week
Shift: Nights | 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Contract: 13–14 weeks
Start Date: 02/23/2026

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (Telemetry) for a night-shift assignment in New Hampshire. This position offers competitive weekly pay and a consistent schedule.

Position Details:

Specialty: Telemetry
Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts
Employment Type: Travel (contract)
Local candidates accepted

Requirements:

Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license
Minimum 3 years of Telemetry experience
Experience with cardiac patients, post-cath care, TR band management, and hemostasis
Proficient in stroke assessments
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Cerner EMR experience preferred, not required
Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding (80 percent passing score)

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
