Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Schedule: M-F, some variation of 8a-6p, 30hrs/wk Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)  We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support a skilled nursing facility in Waycross, GA. This is a contract assignment offering full-time hours in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist patients with rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans</li><li>Provide rehabilitative exercises and interventions as directed by the PT</li><li>Accurately document patient progress and response to treatment</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support overall patient care</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active PTA license in Georgia (required)</li><li>Hands-on BLS certification (required)</li><li>Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li></ul>
