Description
MSN Nurse Faculty – Clinical & Didactic (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Type: 12-Week Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week, with a mix of day and evening hours (typically no later than 9:00 pm) to support clinical and didactic instruction. Exact hours and days will be arranged during the interview process.
Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MSN Nurse Faculty to support clinical and didactic instruction across multiple student levels. You will mentor and evaluate nursing students while collaborating with faculty to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach clinical and didactic nursing coursework across multiple student levels
- Mentor and evaluate nursing students, providing timely and constructive feedback
- Lead pre- and post-clinical discussions to reinforce course objectives and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with faculty and clinical staff to ensure quality and compliance
- Develop and implement individualized remediation plans for students as needed
What we're looking for:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio (or multistate privilege)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience preferred
