Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician (EP Tech)

Shift: Day 4x10 (07:00 – 17:30)
Start Date: Next available orientation (3–4 weeks out)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Technician (EP Tech) to support a high-volume EP Lab. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Electrophysiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Interventional Radiology (IR) environments.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years EP Lab experience (required)
Experience in EP, Cath Lab, and/or IR
Strong clinical and technical skills in cardiovascular procedures
Ability to float within scope across sister facilities

Certifications

Required:

BLS – AHA or Red Cross
ACLS – AHA or Red Cross

Preferred:

RCVT (Registered Cardiovascular Technologist)
RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Schedule & Unit Details

Shift: Day 4x10 (07:00 – 17:30)
On-Call: Yes
Floating: Yes – will float to 3 hospitals within 20 miles
(Martin North, Martin South, Tradition)
Block Schedule: Not available
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week (for 4x10)

Special Requirements

Must complete time-sensitive onboarding modules immediately after confirmation
All RTO must be submitted at time of submission
Nicotine-free facility (10-panel + cotinine drug screen required)
Smoke-free campus – no exceptions

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
