Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Napa, CA
Facility: Napa Valley Care Center (Short-Term Rehab & SNF)
Possible Float Location:
Napa Post Acute – 705 Trancas Street, Napa, CA 94558
(within walking distance)

Position Urgency: Quick Start
Shift: Full-Time – 40 hours/week (M–F preferred, Tues–Sat also acceptable)

Position Overview

Napa Valley Care Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join their rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services focused on improving patient mobility, function, and quality of life in a post-acute rehab environment.

The role may include floating between two nearby facilities.

Required Qualifications

Active California PTA License (required)
Minimum 2 years PTA experience
SNF / Short-Term Rehab experience preferred
Ability to float between two nearby facilities
Strong communication and patient care skills

Certifications

BLS / BCLS (required)

Schedule & Work Details

Hours: 40 hours/week
Days: Monday–Friday preferred (Tuesday–Saturday acceptable)
Holiday Coverage: Not required
Floating: Yes – between:
- Napa Valley Care Center
- Napa Post Acute (walking distance)
