Physical Therapist (Outpatient) – San Francisco, CA
About the Opportunity
Join a leading outpatient rehabilitation clinic in the heart of San Francisco! We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate, and patient-centered Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to help individuals recover from injury, surgery, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This is a full-time role where you’ll make a direct impact on patients’ mobility, strength, and quality of life.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and chronic conditions
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
- Conduct gait, posture, and movement analysis to improve biomechanics
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary clinical staff
- Document patient progress with accurate and timely clinical notes
Qualifications
- Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Strong skills in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and outpatient care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care abilities
Schedule & Setting
- Full-time outpatient position
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
