Physical Therapist (Outpatient) – San Francisco, CA

About the Opportunity

Join a leading outpatient rehabilitation clinic in the heart of San Francisco! We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate, and patient-centered Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to help individuals recover from injury, surgery, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This is a full-time role where you’ll make a direct impact on patients’ mobility, strength, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and chronic conditions
Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
Conduct gait, posture, and movement analysis to improve biomechanics
Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary clinical staff
Document patient progress with accurate and timely clinical notes

Qualifications

Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
Active California Physical Therapist license
Strong skills in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and outpatient care
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care abilities

Schedule & Setting

Full-time outpatient position
Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
