Job Title: Infusion / Chemotherapy Nurse (Contract)

Shift: Day Shift (4x10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday; weekday off may vary)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infusion / Chemotherapy Nurse to support a busy chemotherapy and infusion clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering infusion therapies, including chemotherapy, while providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions, including chemotherapy and other infusion therapies
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and potential side effects
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state license required upon acceptance)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Infusion Nurse and/or IV Therapy RN
• Experience with chemotherapy administration preferred
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• Strong IV skills and patient assessment abilities
