Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a large, dynamic Skilled Nursing Facility in California. This role is ideal for clinicians who are patient-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment. New graduates are welcome, with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation per facility standards
• Utilize Net Health EMR for all clinical documentation
• Float to a nearby sister facility as needed

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist license (or in process under the 60-day rule)
• SNF experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday)
• BLS/BCLS certification required
