Job Summary

We are seeking a patient-centered and team-oriented Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a growing Skilled Nursing Facility in California. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. Mentorship is available for candidates with limited SNF experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Develop and implement individualized speech and language treatment plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Complete accurate and timely documentation per facility standards
Utilize Net Health EMR for all clinical documentation
Float to a nearby sister facility as needed

Requirements

Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
SNF experience preferred (mentorship available if experience is limited)
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused mindset

Additional Details

Monday–Friday schedule
Contract assignment
Minimum experience: Less than 1 year accepted
Holiday coverage not required
