Description
MUST HAVE BSN. Interim nurse manager for Endo and Pain Management Clinic. Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p. Must have STRONG ENDO SKILLS AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. Must have MA license, BLS-AHA. CGRN preferred 3-5 years experience. Epic experience required. Job expectations - EPIC , Kronos (payroll), Workday for employee management, Laborlytics(budgeting). Leadership and nurse manager experience required for this role. Experience in endo REQUIRED. Must have great leadership skills and be willing to jump in and run the ship effectively, immediately. Travel experience preferred as this is a highly efficient and volume producing department. ENDO: 4 procedure rooms; 1- fibr scan room; 4 prep bays and 6 recovery bays. Pain management Clinic (PMC)- 2 exam rooms and 1 procedure room. Nurse Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1 for procedure; 1:2 for phase II recovery (ENDO); 1:1 procedure in PMC, 1:2 or 3 recovery, follow up, consult patients for PMC. PASS/FAIL EKG and medications test required prior to acceptance.
