Job Description:
We are actively seeking an experienced Operating Room Technician (Certified Surgical Tech – CST) for a high-volume OR with a strong emphasis on spine surgery. This role is ideal for a confident OR Tech who thrives in complex cases and is comfortable with call responsibilities.

Unit Details:

• OR with 6 surgical suites
• Approx. 10 cases per day
• Common cases include:
  • Spine surgery (REQUIRED)
  • Ortho total joints
  • ORIFs
  • General surgery
  • DaVinci robotic procedures

Schedule:

• Days: Monday–Friday
• 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• No self or block scheduling

Call Requirements:

• Approx. 130 hours every 6 weeks
• Includes nights, weekends & holidays
• 30-minute call response time

Requirements:
✅ Certified Surgical Tech (CST)
✅ BLS
✅ Active Colorado DORA license
✅ Solid spine surgery experience (required)
✅ Must be within 60-mile radius
✅ Driver’s License required at submission
✅ Must be in-state for orientation week

Floating:

• May float to St. Anthony’s North or Central if volumes are low

Scrubs:

• Light blue (hospital provided)
