On-Call: Required
- Call limited to coverage for any call-offs

Floating:
- May float to like units within scope if needed
Block Scheduling: Not accommodated

Assignment Guidelines

Local Candidates: Not accepted
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
RTO Restrictions:
- Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer
- All RTO must be included at time of submittal
Guaranteed Hours:
- 60 hours per 2 weeks
- Traveler may be called off for one 12-hour shift per 2 weeks

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
