Active MA license.
50 miles rule.
Must have scrub experience.
Must be able to circulate and scrub in the following specialty areas: Transplant, Liver and Kidney, Endo, vascular, Vascular emergencies, Neuro, Trauma, MVA, Gunshot and stabbings, etc., Circulate hearts, General surgery, Pedi, and Micro. 36 HPW.
