Required Experience

Candidates must meet all requirements to be considered:

• Previous Travel RN Experience – required
• Level I Trauma OR Experience – required
• Strong Operating Room skill set
• Minimum 2+ years of recent OR experience (implied based on facility standard)

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active RN License (state or compact)
• AHA BLS (required)
• Additional OR-related certifications preferred based on specialty focus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity Level I Trauma Operating Room
• Scrub and/or circulate for a wide variety of surgical cases
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to strict infection control standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists in a fast-paced environment
• Respond effectively to emergent and trauma surgical cases

Scheduling & Unit Expectations

• No block scheduling
• Must be flexible with daily case flow and OR needs
• High-volume, high-acuity trauma environment
• Strong adaptability and autonomy required
