What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience across MedSurg, PCU, and Telemetry units with a comprehensive understanding of patient care needs.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols, infection control, and equipment operation.
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies, maintaining meticulous documentation and compliance with policies.
• Flexibility to operate across different departments as required, demonstrating reliability and versatility.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for medical equipment.
• Familiarity with isolation procedures and infection control best practices.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid Washington RN license (active).
• Prior experience in a critical access, rural, or small hospital setting preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current CPR and related certifications.
• Willingness to be flexible with departmental assignments and shifts.
• Ability to perform effectively in a team-based healthcare setting.
