CVOR RN
Shift: will work 3x12s, 1030A-11P
Is on-call REQ? yes, 1 - 24H call per monht on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
Holiday requirements: Possible Holiday coverage
Years of experience REQ: 2
Experience required: All must be able to circulate all services to include: CT, Vascular, Surg onc, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, Bariatric
Experience Highly preferred: Scrubbing Cardiac/Vascular cases
First-timers accepted: Not preferred
License Required: SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS-must be AHA
Required: Radiation badge. radiation badge to be provided by agency
What is the local radius rule? 60 miles
Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs
Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.

If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
