Equipment: OR instrumentation, vein harvesting, sterile field management
EMR: Facility standard

Requirements:
• 18+ months CVOR experience
• 18+ months permanent RNFA experience
• Active OH RN License or Compact RN License
• RNFA certification required
• BLS required
