Description

🕒 Shift Details

Shift Type: Day Shift
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Shift Length: 12 hours
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: In rotation with core staff and other travelers

Responsibilities

Provide critical care to ICU patients (2:1 ratio).
Manage ventilators, sedation, and titrate medications.
Assist with ICU procedures (trach, bronch, cardioversion).
Monitor and assess patients continuously.
Document in Meditech and communicate using AIDET standards.
Float as needed and work every other weekend.
