Travel RN Case Manager

Facility: Cape Coral Hospital
Location: Cape Coral, Florida
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Assignment Dates: March 2, 2026 – May 30, 2026
Shift: 8-Hour Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month
On-Call: None

Position Overview

Cape Coral Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment. This role supports acute care case management operations and requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to function as core staff within a collaborative hospital culture.

Travelers must be willing to float to sister campuses as needed, as floating is a required part of this assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient case management services in an acute care setting
• Coordinate patient care plans, discharge planning, and transitions of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support utilization review and care coordination processes
• Float to sister facilities as required based on operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (must be verifiable via Nursys and loaded on profile)
• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience
• Acute care experience required
• BLS certification required
• Degree accreditation must be on profile
  • OR candidate must have 5 years of experience in lieu of degree documentation
• Ability to float to sister campuses (travelers float first)

Schedule & Overtime

• 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
