Description
Float pool travelers will be floated to MS, Inpatient Rehab and Behavioral unit. And if they experience in step down unit they can also be assign to step down unit.

REQUIRED:
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. BLS Certification required. If nurse has the required certifications at time of hire, they must maintain the certifications and will not have a grace period to renew.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
