Description
MUST HAVE NICU EXPERIENCE
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Experience in an acute level hospital, at least one year
· Minimum 6 months of experience in NICU level 3+ and experience with Oscillators and Nitric
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Greater than one year experience in acute care hospital, ventilator experience, ED Trauma experience, pediatrics
-Experience in the NICU with NAVA
-Experience with Draegers, Servo's U's and I's, and Hamilton's
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Breathing treatments, critical thinking, ventilators, non-invasive ventilators, intubation assist, oxygen management, ABGs
·
Best personality Fit:
· Patient focused, Attention to details, team player, positive attitude, energetic
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· License with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
· Registered or Certified RT with the NBRC

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
