Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certifications Requirements: Valid California State Licensure, ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP), Pediatric Certification (preferred)
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent Speech-Language Pathology experience in a healthcare setting
• Other Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, flexibility with scheduling, and familiarity with PCC and Net Health systems preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse patient population within the facility.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individual patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize PCC and Net Health systems efficiently to record data, schedule sessions, and communicate with team members.
