<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities</li><li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the night shift</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team</li><li>Conduct rounds and monitor resident conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the DON or MD</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including documentation of patient care and medication administration</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska</li><li>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods</li></ul>
