Description

Position Requirements – HARD STOPS APPLY

Experience Required:

3–5 years of RN experience required in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
5 years of high-risk experience strongly preferred
Candidates with 3+ years will be considered only if high-risk experience is clearly documented
First-time travelers NOT accepted – hard stop

Submission Requirements – NO EXCEPTIONS:

Current supervisory references required
Proof of all required certifications must be submitted upfront
Must pass clinical review – no exceptions
Proof of current NURSYS verification required prior to submission

Floating Requirements – HARD STOP:

Must float between Postpartum and Antepartum
May float to sister facilities with Mother/Baby units
Must function as a Baby Nurse during delivery and provide newborn care until transfer to Postpartum
(Hard stop requirement)

Scheduling:

Pre-approved time off considered case by case
Every other weekend required
Holidays as needed
