DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Hospice RN

Location: Moab, UT 84532

Contract Type: Travel

Shift: Days, 4x8s; 32 hrs/week

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah or compact state RN license.
Minimum of 3 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, home health or palliative care.
Current BLS Certification needed
Strong clinical assessment skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for home visits. Mileage reimbursement $.70 per mile.
On-Call 1-3 shifts per week, to include 3 weekends during the 13 week contract depending on staffing levels. Able to respond within 45 minutes to patient needs when on call.
Able to work holiday
Hospicesoft / careficient EMR experience preferred
