-Full-time, permanent CRNA opportunity

-Level IV Trauma Center at a growing and expanding critical access hospital 
-Currently building a new OR suite to house 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs 
-Schedule: four 10-hour days per week
-5 FTE group plus 1 CRNA floater who provides pain management services

-Types of cases: ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy peds, urology, OB/GYN, occasional endoscopy; No heads, hearts, spine
-Epic EMR
-Very competitive total compensation in the range of $390K+, which includes quality incentives up to $20K annually, call back pay, etc.
-Commencement bonus of $30K, $8K annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, 401k match, paid malpractice, student loan assistance, 52 days off by virtue of the schedule + any earned leave
