GI Lab Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment

Germantown, TN   Day Shift | 5×8 Hours | 06:30–15:00 | 13 Weeks

Position Overview

A GI Lab RN is needed for a 13‑week weekday assignment in a high‑acuity procedural environment. This role requires strong GI Lab experience, Level I Trauma background, and the ability to take call and work occasional weekends as needed. First‑time travelers are not accepted unless they have 3+ years of recent GI Lab experience.

Schedule & Shift Requirements

• Start Date: March 9, 2026 (ASAP acceptable)
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:30–15:00
• Call: Required as needed
• Weekends: As needed
• Block Scheduling: Not permitted (strict 5×8 schedule)
• Locals: Not accepted (must live 100+ miles away)
• RTO: Must be submitted at time of profile; no changes afterward

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years GI Lab RN experience
• First‑time travelers not accepted unless they have 3+ years recent GI Lab experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to function independently in a fast‑paced procedural setting
• Strong clinical assessment, sedation monitoring, and procedural support skills
• Must be comfortable with emergent situations and rapid patient turnover

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active RN license
  • Pending licenses not accepted
  • Must meet NLC guidelines
• BLS (AHA)
• Driver’s license must be included with submission

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to take call and work occasional weekends
• Must be comfortable working in a Level I Trauma environment
• Must meet all compliance deadlines; no exceptions
