Job Summary
Seeking an experienced RN to provide after-hours telephonic triage for hospice patients and families. You’ll assess symptoms, coordinate urgent care needs, support caregivers, and collaborate with physicians and field staff.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Compact or FL)
- 2+ years acute care RN experience (ER, Med-Surg, Oncology, Home Health, etc.)
- Strong phone assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work weekends/holidays as scheduled
- Typing 40 WPM
Schedule
- Full-Time & Part-Time options
- Multiple day, evening, and overnight schedules available
