Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Clinic in Centralia, WA

We are an outpatient therapy clinic dedicated to supporting children and adolescents through speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral services, and mental health counseling is looking to grow their team. We take an individualized, whole-child approach — thoughtfully considering each child’s learning style, strengths, and interests to create therapy experiences that are purposeful, practical, and meaningful.

The clinic fosters a warm, welcoming environment where families feel supported, confident, and empowered. We believe therapy works best when families are active partners.  Education and collaboration are emphasized to help caregivers build the skills needed to support their child’s growth beyond the therapy setting.

This is an in-person, full-time position.

With this position you will have the ability to create your own schedule, design your therapy space, select and purchase materials necessary for patient success, and be a leader and innovator. 

The ideal candidate is well-versed in a variety of evidence-based practices and intervention services.
