Contract Type: Travel

Shift: Days, 3x12s; 7am-7pm

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Prior hospital experience (prefer at least 2yrs)
Active Pharmacist license with Texas State Board of Pharmacy
Proof of completion of 20hr ACPE-accredited sterile compounding course (a letter attesting to completion of a course in sterile compounding from the pharmacist’s university / college will suffice, too)
