Shift: Evenings, 5 x 8-Hour (3p-11p)
Duration: 17 week

Start date: 02/23/2026

Travel Pay Rate: (above 75 miles)

Hourly:$58/hr W2 + $1,240/week (non - taxable stipend)
Gross:$3,560/weekly

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse Manager (RN Manager) provides clinical and operational leadership for a nursing unit or department, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role combines hands-on clinical expertise with management responsibilities, focusing on staffing, quality improvement, and collaboration to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, promoting professional practice standards.
Oversee daily unit operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational policies.
Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Support staff education, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.
Manage budgets, supplies, and departmental resources effectively.
Address patient and staff concerns and support a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications:

Must have 4 years of experience.
NEEDS TO HAVE MANAGMENT EXPIRENCE IN STEPDOWN/PCU UNIT SPECIFICALLY
Active BLS (required)
State License for GA.
Meditech experience
