Pay Rate: $80–$110/hr
Nurse Practitioner – Palliative Care (Locums)
Location: Medford, OR (Onsite) + Portland, WA (Telehealth Call Support)
Seeking a full-time NP for onsite hospice/palliative care coverage in Medford, OR, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. Provider will support admissions, recertifications, and symptom management, partnering closely with RNs. Role includes weekday beeper call (5pm–8am) and occasional weekend call (8am–8am), with backup telehealth coverage for Portland only (no travel required). Average call is ~4 weeknights and 1 weekend per month. Provider must hold active OR & WA licenses and DEA. Guaranteed 8 hours/day; no expected OT.
