Cath Lab Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment

Hagerstown, MD 21742   Day Shift | 4×10 Hours | 07:00–17:30 | 13 Weeks

Position Overview

A highly skilled Cath Lab RN is needed for a 13‑week assignment caring for adult and geriatric patients in a busy interventional environment. This role requires strong Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience, EPIC proficiency, and the ability to take frequent call. Travel experience is required and first‑time travelers are not accepted.

Schedule & Shift Requirements

• Start Date: April 5, 2026
• Shift: 4×10‑hour days, 07:00–17:30
• Call: Required
  • Weekdays: 17:30–07:00
  • Weekends: 17:30 Friday – 07:00 Monday
  • Average: 9–13 call shifts per 6‑week period
• Self‑Scheduling: Yes
• Floating: Not required outside the department
• Locals: Accepted
• Flu Vaccine: Required, no exemptions
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab RN experience
• Must have both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience
• EPIC experience required
• Must be proficient in:
  • Procedural sedation
  • Dysrhythmia recognition
  • Circulating and assisting in Cath/IR procedures
  • Care of adult and geriatric patients
• Must be able to work independently in a high‑acuity procedural setting
• No first‑time travelers

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS   (All must be active at submission.)
