Description

Minimum Requirements

Active Alaska (AK) RN License in hand required for Auto Offer
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience
First-time travelers accepted
Certifications required:
- BLS
- ACLS
Skills required: Per Unit Description
Required: EPIC experience.
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)

Scheduling & Call Requirements

4x10-hour day shifts
On-call required:
- 1 day per week
- Every 4th/5th weekend (Friday 1800 – Monday 0730)
Approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the 4 shifts/week schedule
Block scheduling not available

Floating

Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs
May float to EP or IR

Time Off & Hours

Guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks
Facility may call off 1 (10-hour) shift per 2 weeks
1 time-off request per 13-week assignment (approved individually)

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
