Job Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation and treatment services to SNF patients, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient-centered rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams
Complete timely and accurate documentation per facility standards
Utilize Net Health for documentation

Requirements

Active California SLP License (required)
SNF experience preferred (mentorship available if experience is limited)
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused approach
Ability to float to a sister facility within walking distance if needed

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
