Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (MSPT or DPT)
Current Colorado Physical Therapist license
Active BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Trigger Point Dry Needling certification
