Description

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
Current licensure and registration as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience in a healthcare facility or equivalent
Prior home care experience required
Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
