Requirements
- RN with active Alaska license (must be in hand)
- Minimum 1 year LTC experience (required)
- Previous travel experience required (no first-timers)
- Certifications: BLS
- Skills: LTC, IV therapy, oxygen administration, wound care, accuchecks, G-tubes, respiratory treatments, phlebotomy, peritoneal dialysis (sub-q only)
- Charge experience: Preferred
- Locals Accepted: No (50-mile radius rule applies)

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
